Rom Avivim Privacy and Data Handling Policy (for Amazon FBM orders)

Rom Avivim is an authorized seller on Amazon operating under FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) model. As part of our order fulfillment process, we access and process personally identifiable information (PII) provided by Amazon for the sole purpose of delivering products to customers.

Data Collected:
We collect the following Amazon-supplied data:

  • Buyer’s full name

  • Shipping address

  • Phone number

  • Email (if provided)

  • Order ID and items

How We Use This Data:
Data is used exclusively for:

  • Creating orders in our ERP system (Priority)

  • Packaging and labeling

  • Shipment and customer communication (when required)

Data Processing & Storage:

  • Data is stored in our internal ERP system and not shared with any third parties

  • Access is limited to authorized logistics and service staff

  • Data is encrypted at rest and in transit

  • Our servers are protected by firewalls, antivirus, and role-based access

Data Retention & Disposal:

  • Order data is retained for 7 years in compliance with local tax laws

  • After the retention period, data is securely deleted

  • Backups are encrypted and stored separately from live systems

Access Control:

  • Each user has a unique login

  • Access logs are maintained and reviewed

  • 2FA is enforced for admin users
